We happily print AI-generated graphics, when they meet real production standards. A prompt is not prepress. Here is exactly what makes the cut, and what we can fix for you when it does not.

The standard

Print-ready
or it waits.

Screens forgive. Presses do not. What looks good on a phone can fall apart at 4 feet wide, so every file gets checked against the same bar.

We accept
  • Files built to final print size
  • 300 DPI resolution
  • Clean, sharp, high-quality output
  • Correct file types: AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, high-res PNG
  • Editable layers when production needs them
We reject
  • Low-resolution files: 72 DPI, screenshots, small images
  • Files not built to final print size
  • Raster logos where vector is required
  • Overloaded AI effects that look good on screen but fail in print
  • Copied or derivative brand work. We don't copy other brands. Period.
  • Locked or flattened files with no editable layers

We do not guarantee print quality from client-supplied AI files. You are responsible for usage rights and ownership of anything you send us.
