On the apparel press

Every shirt
a crew needs.

The uniform on the jobsite, the hoodie at the game and the polo at the open house. Same brand, same colors, same building, one ticket.

01

Team and event shirts

Tournament tees, 5K shirts, church events, family reunions and company picnics. One design, one run, everybody matches on the day.

02

Crew uniforms

Safety-ready apparel for construction crews. The same logo that rides on the fleet and the jobsite sign. Order the whole crew at once and the price drops.

03

Spirit wear and booster clubs

School district runs, booster club orders and fundraising programs that return 10 to 20 percent. Built for the whole campus, not one homeroom.

04

Real estate team apparel

Agent shirts and polos that match the yard sign and the listing kit. Teams at Keller Williams and RE/MAX already dress here.

05

Hoodies and full-color runs

Photos, gradients and art with a dozen colors. DTG and DTF put the whole picture on the garment with no color count to worry about.

06

Online spirit-wear stores

A store for your school, team or club. Families order online, the shop prints and ships, the program earns 10 to 20 percent back on sales.

Custom shirt
questions.

The things people ask before they order. If yours is not here, call or text 512-817-2200 and a real person picks up.

What is the minimum order for custom shirts?

Twelve garments for a single-color print, 24 for two-color. Pricing is quoted on the ticket by quantity, colors and garment, and it drops significantly as the quantity climbs. Order the whole crew at once and every shirt costs less.

How long does a shirt order take?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval and payment. Your first proof lands in 24 to 48 hours after you open the ticket. The clock starts once you sign off and pay.

Can you rush a shirt order?

Yes. Rush options run down to 1 to 2 days. Put the date you need on the job ticket and we plan the run around it. Approve the proof fast and the shirts move fast.

Screen printing, DTG or DTF: which one do I need?

Screen printing suits bigger runs and fewer colors, so crew shirts and spirit wear usually land there. DTG and DTF suit small runs and full-color art, so photos, gradients and short batches go digital. Tell us the design and the count and we pick the press.

How do online spirit-wear and fundraising stores work?

We build an online store for your school, team or booster club. The store earns 10 to 20 percent back based on sales volume. There is a $125 base store design fee. It comes out of fundraising profit when the store performs, and is waived at $3,500 or more in sales.

What files do you need for a shirt design?

Artwork built to final print size at 300 DPI as AI, EPS, PDF, JPG or high-res PNG. Editable layers when production needs them. Screenshots, 72 DPI files and raster logos where vector is required get sent back. Not print ready? Our designers clean it up at posted hourly rates.
