Stitched in-house

Custom
embroidery.

Hats, polos, uniforms, jackets and work shirts, embroidered in-house in Hutto, Texas for Round Rock, Georgetown, Taylor and the whole Austin area. Your logo becomes thread, and thread outlasts ink. Proofed before a single stitch drops. thread outlasts ink

On the embroidery heads

Every shirt
a crew wears.

One shop for the hat at the jobsite, the polo at the open house and the jacket on the sideline. Same logo, same thread colors, one ticket.

01

Hats and caps

Structured caps, dad hats, beanies and visors with the logo front and center. Our designers simplify fine detail so it holds at hat scale.

02

Polos

The uniform of real estate teams, front desks and sales floors. Left chest logo, clean and tidy. Teams at Keller Williams and RE/MAX already stitch theirs here.

03

Work shirts and uniforms

Button-ups, work shirts and safety-ready apparel for construction crews. Company on the left, name on the right, built to survive the job.

04

Jackets and outerwear

Fleece, softshells and vests for the cold months. Thread sits on heavy outerwear the way ink never can, and it stays put through the wash.

05

School staff and boosters

Staff polos, coach pullovers and booster gear that looks like the program it represents. Spirit-wear and fundraising stores earn 10 to 20 percent back.

06

Events and small business

Volunteer caps, crew shirts and team polos for tournaments, fundraisers, restaurants and shops. Twelve garments gets you started.

From logo to thread

Your logo,
digitized.

A logo cannot be sewn as a JPG. It has to be converted to a stitch file first. Our designers do that here, then simplify the fine detail so it holds at hat scale.

STEP / A

Send the logo

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. A 300 DPI raster at final size works. Screenshots do not.

STEP / B

We digitize

The logo is mapped stitch by stitch. Thin lines get thicker, tiny type gets simplified, so it still reads on a cap.

STEP / C

You approve

A proof shows placement, size and thread colors. Sign off, then the heads run.

How much does custom embroidery cost in Hutto?

Embroidery is quoted on the ticket by quantity, garment and logo size, and the per-piece price drops as quantity climbs. Send the garment, the count and the logo through the job ticket and a firm number comes back with your first proof, inside 24 to 48 hours.

Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?

Embroidery for polos, hats, outerwear and uniforms that need to last through washes and weather. Screen printing for tees and big runs where the cost per shirt matters most. Not sure? Tell us what the garment is for and we will steer you.

What is logo digitizing?

A logo has to be converted to a stitch file before a machine can sew it. Our designers handle that in-house, thicken thin lines and simplify fine detail so the logo holds at hat scale. You see the result on a proof before anything is stitched.

What is the minimum order for embroidery?

The apparel minimums apply: 12 garments for single color, 24 for two-color. Pricing drops significantly as quantity climbs, so a full crew order costs less per piece than a handful.

How long does embroidery take?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval and payment. Rush options run down to 1 to 2 days. Put the date on the ticket and we plan the run around it.

What files do you need for embroidery?

Vector logo files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. A 300 DPI raster at final size is accepted. 72 DPI files, screenshots and raster logos where vector is required are rejected. Not print-ready? Our designers clean it up at posted hourly rates, and we do not copy other brands.
