How much do custom embroidered hats cost?

They are quoted on the ticket. The hat style, the stitch count of your logo and the quantity set the price.

What is the minimum order for custom hats?

Apparel orders start at 12 pieces, and the hat minimum is confirmed on the ticket. Colors and styles can sometimes be mixed inside that count.

How fast can you make custom hats?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from approval and payment. Rush runs can go as fast as 1 to 2 days when the schedule allows.

What is 3D puff embroidery?

Puff embroidery stitches over a foam layer so the logo stands up off the hat. It works best on bold, simple shapes and lettering.

Can you embroider a hat I already have?

Ask on the ticket. Some hats stitch well and some do not, so we check the style before we say yes.

Do I need an embroidery file?

No. Send the cleanest logo you have and we digitize it in house. Fine detail and very small text may be simplified for a clean stitch.

Can I order hats and shirts with the same logo?

Yes. The digitized logo carries over, so hats, polos and jackets match. Each garment type is priced on the ticket.
