How much do custom hi vis shirts cost?

They are quoted on the ticket. The garment, the ANSI rating, the print and the quantity set the price.

Can you print a logo on an ANSI rated shirt?

Yes. We keep the logo off the reflective tape and keep it small enough that the garment still has the fluorescent area the rating needs. Check your site's safety rules for what is allowed.

What is the difference between Class 2 and Class 3?

Under ANSI/ISEA 107, Class 3 adds more fluorescent and reflective material, usually with sleeves, for higher speed traffic and low light work. Class 2 is common for general roadside and site work.

What is the minimum order for safety shirts?

Screen printing starts at 12 garments for one color and 24 for two colors. Sizes can be mixed inside that count.

How fast can I get hi vis shirts?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from approval and payment. Rush runs can go as fast as 1 to 2 days when the schedule allows.

Do you print safety orange and safety green?

Yes. Both are common, and the ink color is picked on the proof so the logo reads clearly on the fluorescent fabric.
