How much do promotional products cost?
Every item is quoted on the ticket by item and quantity. Send what you want and how many. A firm number comes back with your first proof in 24 to 48 hours.
What can you put a logo on?
Apparel, hats, awards, plaques, stickers, decals, event tents, feather flags and Big Head prints are decorated in the shop. Drinkware, pens, bags, tumblers, koozies, keychains and lanyards are sourced and quoted per job.
Is there a minimum order?
Apparel starts at 12 garments for a single color and 24 for two colors. Sourced items carry their own minimums, listed on the quote with your proof.
How long does a promo order take?
Apparel runs 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval and payment, rush down to 1 to 2 days. Tents run 2 to 5 business days after approval, then FedEx with tracking. Sourced items get a date on the quote.
What logo file do you need?
Vector files are best: AI, EPS or PDF. 300 DPI raster at final size works for printed items. Screenshots and 72 DPI files are rejected. Not print ready? We clean it up at posted hourly rates, or design a new one for $250 flat.
Will the colors match across everything?
Yes. We design logos, so the brand colors live in the shop. The same file goes on the polo, the plaque and the sticker, and every piece is proofed before it runs.
