Open a job ticket, name the item, the quantity and the date you need it in hand. Upload your logo (up to 20 files, 100MB each, originals only). We send a proof and a firm price in 1 to 2 business days. Approve it, pay by cash, check or card, and the order goes into production. Pick up in Hutto, take local delivery, or we ship it.

How much do custom engraved tumblers cost?

They are quoted on the ticket. The tumbler brand and size, the number of sides engraved and the quantity set the price.

Will an engraved logo wear off a tumbler?

No. Laser engraving removes the coating to the steel underneath, so there is no ink to fade, peel or wash off.

What tumbler size is best for a gift?

A 20oz tumbler fits most cup holders and is the common gift size. A 30oz tumbler suits crews and anyone who works outside all day.

Can each tumbler have a different name?

Yes. Send a list of names and we engrave each one. It works well for teams, staff and closing gifts.

Is there a minimum order for custom drinkware?

It depends on the item. The minimum is quoted on the ticket. Engraving in house makes small runs and single gifts possible on many items.

Can you engrave a tumbler I already own?

Ask on the ticket. Many stainless tumblers engrave well, and we check the item before we say yes.

How fast can I get engraved tumblers?

Proofs come back in 1 to 2 business days. The production date depends on the item and the count and is confirmed on the ticket.
