How much do name badges cost?

Name badges are quoted on the ticket by size, material, back and quantity. Ordering the whole staff at once brings the price per badge down.

Should I get magnet or pin back name badges?

Magnets do not put holes in shirts, so most teams pick them. Skip magnets for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted device. Pins cost less and hold on any fabric.

Engraved or printed name badges?

Engraved badges are cut into two color plastic, so the name never rubs off. Printed badges carry a full color logo. If your logo is one or two colors, engraved works well.

Can I order one badge for a new hire?

Yes. Send the name on a ticket and we match the existing layout so the new badge looks like the rest.

What should go on a staff name badge?

First name big, logo small, and a title only if customers need it. Medical offices often add credentials like RN or DDS.

How long do name badges take?

Proofs come back in 1 to 2 business days. Production time is confirmed on the ticket before you approve.

Can you match name badges to our uniforms or brand colors?

Yes. Engraved plastic comes in a range of face and core color pairs, and printed badges match any color. Send your logo file and any brand colors on the ticket and we pick the closest match for the proof. If your logo needs cleanup first, design cleanup runs $65 per hour.
