Most are 4.25 by 11 inches. That fits a standard doorknob and leaves room for an offer, a photo and a phone number. We send our template so the knob hole lands right.

Can I put a tear off coupon on a door hanger?

Yes. A perforated strip at the bottom works well for a coupon or a business card. The homeowner keeps that part, so put the phone number on it too.
