School print runs on a calendar: football in August, playoffs in November, graduation in May, and a fundraiser in between. We know the deadlines, we handle tax exempt status and purchase orders on the ticket, and we proof in 1 to 2 business days so a late sponsor logo does not sink the banner.

How does a spirit wear store work?
We build an online store for your program with the designs and garments you choose. Parents and fans order online, we print and deliver in batches, and the organization earns 10 to 20 percent back. There is a $125 store design fee that is waived once the store passes $3,500 in sales.
Are you set up for tax exempt organizations?
Yes. Mark tax exempt on the job ticket and send the certificate, and the invoice is handled correctly. Purchase orders and Net 15 or 30 terms are available for approved organizations.
How far ahead should we order senior banners?
Three to four weeks before senior night is comfortable. Send the roster and photos together and the proofs come back in 1 to 2 business days.
Do Big Head prints really ship free?
Yes. Big Head prints ship free, and so do event tents.
Can you print the sponsor banners for our golf tournament?
Yes. The golf page has the full package: sponsor banners, hole signs, awards, cart signs and a tournament landing page for signups and sponsorships.
Can parents order shirts individually?
Yes, through the spirit wear store. For team orders with a size list, open a job ticket and we run the batch together.
