How to order

Open a job ticket, pick senior banners, and tell us the size, the roster count and senior night. Upload each photo and a spreadsheet of names, numbers and positions. The uploader takes 20 files at 100MB each, so a big roster can span two tickets. Every banner is proofed in 1 to 2 business days. Approve, pay, and pick up in Hutto or we ship for $5 flat.

How much do senior banners cost?

Senior banners are quoted on the ticket by size and count, and banner orders ship for $5 flat. A full roster on one order costs less per banner than ordering a few at a time.

What size are senior night banners?

2x4 ft fits most stadium and outfield fences without crowding. 3x6 ft is bigger and reads from the stands. Pick one size for the whole roster so they line up.

How do I send photos for every senior?

Upload originals on the job ticket, named with each student's name. Pull the files straight from the photographer, not from social media, so they print sharp.

When should we order senior night banners?

Order once the roster and photos are final, ideally a few weeks before senior night. Proofs come back in 1 to 2 business days, and print time is confirmed on the ticket. One late photo holds up the whole set.

Can the booster club pay by check or on terms?

Yes. We take cash, check or card. Approved organizations can get Net 15 or 30 terms, and tax exempt schools are handled on the ticket.

Do you make senior yard signs too?
